KASK – Riding Helmets & Accessories

KASK riding helmets at Equinista in Rostock

KASK is an Italian manufacturer of protective helmets based in Carobbio degli Angeli near Bergamo. In equestrian sport, the brand stands above all for two models: the Dogma and the Star Lady. Equinista is an authorised KASK retailer. We stock both models in the Hunter, Chrome, Pure Shine and Carbon finishes and with Swarovski® crystals, plus the Kooki, spare parts and accessories. In our shop in Rostock you can try on your helmet and we will fit it with you.

Dogma, Star Lady or Kooki?

  • Dogma: self-adjusting neck system that adapts by itself when you put it on, merino wool lining, sizes 51 to 63. From €549.
  • Star Lady: the same construction as the Dogma, plus a cut-out for the plait and a wide peak. From €599.
  • Kooki: KASK's entry-level model, lightweight with removable quick-dry padding, sizes 53 to 63. Also available as the Kooki Lady with room for the plait.

The finishes

The Dogma and Star Lady are available as Hunter without glossy surfaces, as Chrome with a chrome frame all the way round, and as Pure Shine with a high-gloss finish. The finishes with a carbon shell, with Swarovski® crystals and with the German flag on the vents are made to order; you will find them under KASK made to order – selections. If you would like to choose the shell, frame, crystals or your name yourself, design your helmet in the KASK configurator.

Safety

The current Dogma and Star Lady helmets are tested to EN 1384:2023 and ASTM F1163-23 and are SEI-certified. The safety standard is stated for every helmet on its product page. For individual pieces from earlier series and for the Kooki, we will tell you on request. A helmet should be replaced after a fall, even without visible damage; without a fall, KASK recommends replacement after about ten years from the date of manufacture. The right size

The KASK size corresponds to your head circumference in centimetres: with a head circumference of 56 cm, you need size 56. Place the tape measure horizontally above the forehead and directly above the ears. If you fall between two sizes, try on both. You will find detailed instructions in our guide Choosing the right riding helmet size, and the differences between brands in our Riding helmet buying guide.
