We ship with DHL, DPD, FedEx and UPS. All parcels are insured and sent with tracking. Within the EU, all prices include the applicable VAT – no further customs duties or import charges apply.

• Express: €19.90 – order by 12 noon for delivery on the next working day

We ship with duties unpaid (DAP). Import VAT and any customs duty will be charged to you by the carrier on delivery. In return, German VAT does not apply – so you do not pay twice.

United Kingdom

• Standard insured, duties unpaid: €24.90 – delivery time 4–7 working days

Worldwide
Australia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, USA

• Standard insured up to €500: €39.90 – delivery time 7–14 working days, duties unpaid
• Higher insurance up to €2,000: €59.90 – delivery time 7–14 working days, duties unpaid

For high-value single items, we recommend the higher insured amount.

Horse feed

We do not ship feed. You can order it online and collect it free of charge from our shop in Rostock – simply select “Pick up” at checkout.

The exception is small containers such as Agrobs Amino Pur: these are sent at the standard shipping rates. Whether an item can be shipped is shown directly below the buy button.

Delivery time

The delivery time is shown for every item on its product page, directly below the buy button. There are two cases:

• 2–3 working days – the item is in stock at our Rostock warehouse and is shipped from there.
• 7 working days – the item comes directly from the manufacturer. We do not hold this stock ourselves; it is shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse after you order.

Orders containing items from both warehouses

If you order items with different delivery times together, we ship in two parcels. Each parcel is dispatched as soon as it is ready – so the faster part of your order does not wait for the slower one. This results in no additional shipping costs for you; shipping is charged only once.

Collection from the shop

You can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Rostock. Simply select “Pick up” at checkout. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready – please wait for this message before visiting us.
