Die lange Fliegenmaske schirmt Augen und Ohren ab und reicht über den Nasenrücken bis kurz vor die Nüstern – genau der Bereich, an dem sich Fliegen im Sommer festsetzen. Netzgewebe aus Polyamid, weich gefütterte Kanten an Genick und Nase.

Drei Größen von S bis L. Ehrlich: Feinmaschiges Netz kostet Sichtfeld – die meisten Pferde brauchen ein paar Tage, bis sie damit selbstverständlich über die Koppel gehen. Und eine Maske hält nur, solange niemand daran zieht: Wer sein Pferd in einer verspielten Herde stehen hat, sollte Ersatz einplanen.

Cavalleria Toscana veröffentlicht zu diesen Größen keine Zentimetermaße – die Angaben oben sind Richtwerte aus der Praxis. Eine Fliegenmaske sollte an den Ganaschen anliegen, ohne zu klemmen, und am Nasenrücken zwei Finger breit Luft lassen.

Produktbeschreibung

The long fly mask shields the eyes and ears and extends over the bridge of the nose to just short of the nostrils – exactly the area where flies settle in summer. Polyamide mesh fabric, softly lined edges at the poll and nose.

Three sizes from S to L. To be honest: fine mesh costs field of vision – most horses need a few days before they walk across the paddock with it as a matter of course. And a mask only lasts as long as nobody pulls on it: if your horse is kept in a playful herd, you should plan for a replacement.
