Shipping costs and delivery times

All parcels are insured and sent with tracking. Within the EU, all prices include the applicable VAT – no further customs duties or import charges apply.

Germany

• Standard (DHL parcel): €4.90 – delivery time 2–3 working days
• Free shipping on orders over €75
• Express (DHL): €19.90 – order by 12 noon for delivery on the next working day
• Collection from our shop in Rostock: free

We ship ourselves from Rostock and deliver with duties unpaid. German VAT is already removed in the cart. Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier's handling fee will be charged to you on delivery.

United Kingdom

• Standard insured, duties unpaid: €24.90 – delivery time 4–7 working days

• Standard insured up to €500: €39.90 – delivery time 7–14 working days, duties unpaid
• Higher insurance up to €2,000: €59.90 – delivery time 7–14 working days, duties unpaid

Horse feed

• Heavy-goods shipping within Germany (DHL parcel up to 31.5 kg): €7.90 – delivery time 2–4 working days

Because of its weight, we always send feed as a separate parcel. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to it.

Delivery time

The delivery time is shown for every item on its product page, directly below the buy button. Items with 2–3 working days are in stock at our Rostock warehouse. Items with 7 working days come directly from the manufacturer.

Orders containing items from both warehouses

If you order items with different delivery times together, we ship in two parcels. Each parcel is dispatched as soon as it is ready. Shipping costs are charged only once.

Return costs

If a right of withdrawal exists and is exercised, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
