Description

Die Baumwolldecke im Waffelpiqué: Die gewebte Struktur lässt Luft zwischen Fell und Stoff zirkulieren und nimmt gleichzeitig Feuchtigkeit auf. Der Klassiker als Abschwitz- und Paradedecke – reine Baumwolle, die sich auf dem Fell anders anfühlt als jede Synthetikfaser.

Sechs Längen von 115 bis 165 Zentimeter, also auch für Ponys und für sehr große Pferde. Ehrlich: Baumwolle saugt sich voll und wird dabei schwer; ein nasses Pferd trocknet darunter langsamer als unter Fleece, und die Decke selbst braucht danach länger, bis sie wieder einsatzbereit ist. Wer schnell abschwitzen will, nimmt Fleece – wer eine Decke für den Auftritt und die Box danach sucht, diese hier.

Als grober Anhaltspunkt: Warmblüter mit 165–170 cm Stockmaß tragen meist 145, großrahmige Pferde 155. Im Zweifel messen – eine zu kurze Decke rutscht nach hinten, eine zu lange scheuert an der Schulter.

Produktbeschreibung

The cotton rug in waffle piqué: the woven structure lets air circulate between coat and fabric while absorbing moisture at the same time. The classic as a cooler and parade rug – pure cotton, which feels different on the coat from any synthetic fibre.

Six lengths from 115 to 165 centimetres, so also for ponies and for very large horses. To be honest: cotton soaks up water and becomes heavy in the process; a wet horse dries more slowly beneath it than under fleece, and the rug itself takes longer afterwards to be ready for use again. If you want to cool off quickly, choose fleece – if you want a rug for the show appearance and the stable afterwards, this one.
