The steppe animal horse has developed into man's faithful companion. Keeping and feeding have also changed accordingly, which unfortunately does not always have a positive effect on the horse's health. Nowadays, feeding is often too high in energy. High proportions of grain are offset by a low supply of raw fiber and vital substances. AlpenGreen muesli helps.
 
Alpengrün Muesli is a grain- and molasses-free muesli for natural and species-appropriate horse feeding. The selected composition of highly digestible structure, in combination with root vegetables, fruit, leaves and flowers, enhances the food range.

Feeding recommendation

Depending on horse type and performance
  • As sole concentrated feed : approx. 100 - 500 g per 100 kg target body weight daily
  • to supplement conventional crèche food : 1 kg of AlpenGrün muesli replaces approx. 1 kg of grain

AGROBS recommends: slow feeding. If necessary, when changing feed, for hasty eaters and old horses, horses with dental problems and with low water intake, we recommend generally moistening or soaking the feed.

To provide minerals, we recommend an AGROBS® mineral feed that suits your horse and its needs.
